Egypt Valley Wildlife Area
Located in Belmont County in the southeastern part of Ohio, Egypt Valley Wildlife Area contains 14,200 acres of state owned hardwood forest, grassy fields and wetlands. It is easily accessible from I-70 and open to the public for hunting deer and turkey. Wildlife in Egypt Valley Wildlife Area includes whitetail deer, eastern wild turkeys and an occasional black bear. Hunting in Egypt Valley Wildlife Area should be more pleasant than in some other areas of the region since the terrain is less rugged.
