Tri Valley Wildlife Area
Located in Muskingum County north of Zanesville in the southeastern part of Ohio, the Tri-Valley Wildlife Area contains 16,200 acres of mature forests, fields and brush land. It is open to the public for hunting deer and turkey.  Hunting in Tri Valley Wildlife Area can increase your odds of getting a deer or turkey.  Muskingum County is usually one of the counties in the state with the highest total deer harvest. The staff at Tri Valley Wildlife Area manages the area to support the deer population. Corn, buckwheat and other grain plots are planted to serve as an extra source of food during the winter. Tri Valley is near Dresden, where you can find dining and lodging facilities.
